Having been in business for the last 5 years , Andy (HeyDJ) finds himself with a great dilemma. Does he expand the business by taking on double & triple bookings? In order to take this step it will mean hiring DJ`s to cover HeyDJ events, a path many mobile DJ companies have followed. For the following reasons Andy is electing NOT to go down this path:
